Michael Biggers practices primarily in the area of complex business litigation and is involved in both state and federal appellate practice. He has frequently had responsibility for the motion practice, discovery and settlement of class actions, complex antitrust litigation, patent or technology cases and products liability litigation. He has represented insureds in substantial coverage litigation against insurance carriers arising out of securities claims and has tried cases arising under the antitrust laws, ERISA and the ADEA. He has been involved in appeals before the United States Supreme Court, most United States Courts of Appeals and several state appellate courts. He is also the head of the Firm’s International Arbitration Team, with experience in multi-billion dollar claims before the United Nations Compensation Commission and arbitrations in Geneva, London and New York.
