Martin Bosse's practice focuses on Intellectual Property law matters with an emphasis on trademark and unfair competition law. He advises clients on all aspects of Intellectual Property rights, drafts and negotiates license and other agreements and provides counsel in transaction matters. Mr. Bosse furthermore enforces client’s Intellectual Property rights in disputes both before Patent and Trademark Offices and in court. He defends client's interests particularly against counterfeiting, in the domain space and via customs measures.
As a litigator Mr. Bosse also has substantial experience in handling complex court proceedings with a general commercial background, including post M&A disputes or conflicts under construction and service agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bosse was an associate with the IP and litigation group of another international firm in Frankfurt, Germany.
