Martin Bosse's practice focuses on intellectual property (IP) law matters with an emphasis on trademark and unfair competition law. He advises clients in the creation and acquisition of intellectual property rights, drafts and negotiates license and other agreements and provides counsel in transaction matters.
Martin Bosse furthermore enforces client’s intellectual property rights in disputes both before Patent and Trademark Offices and, when necessary, in court. Also, he advises clients on the development of marketing and advertising with respect to regulatory matters.
As a litigator, Martin Bosse also has substantial experience in complex court proceedings with a general commercial background, including post M&A disputes or conflicts under construction and service agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Martin Bosse worked in the intellectual property and litigation group of another international firm in Frankfurt, Germany.
