Lars Lagerman’s practice emphasizes all aspects of residential and commercial real property development and financing. Mr. Lagerman has negotiated and documented standard and revolving line of credit loans for the acquisition, development and construction of single family residential subdivisions, shopping centers and office buildings. He also has negotiated and documented large credit facilities for the acquisition, development and construction of master planned communities and golf courses, and revolving builder credit lines in numerous jurisdictions, including Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Georgia, Florida, Maryland and New York. In addition, Mr. Lagerman has represented lenders in connection with real estate loan workouts and foreclosures, receiverships and guarantee enforcement.

Mr. Lagerman has represented a number of major developers and homebuilders in the acquisition and development of master planned communities, including golf courses and recreational facilities, and residential subdivisions in Arizona and neighboring states. He also has represented developers and land owners in connection with regulatory compliance, land use and entitlement issues. Mr. Lagerman is involved in public land issues and transactions before the Arizona State Land Department.

Mr. Lagerman also has a specialty practice in international commercial transactions, with an emphasis on Scandinavian companies and individuals operating or investing in the United States. Mr. Lagerman was born in Sweden.
