Linda Hsu practices in the commercial litigation and product liability practice groups. She has experience in litigation issues confronting small and large companies, including defense of manufacturers against complex and multidistrict claims in federal and state courts throughout the United States. She has defended aircraft, aerospace, insulation, chemical, and metal manufacturers in mass toxic-tort litigation involving asbestos, benzene, beryllium, and manganese exposure.
Ms. Hsu also has experience in the defense of aircraft manufacturers, component part manufacturers, and aviation service companies in accidents and airport incidents.
Ms. Hsu has authored articles on the Montreal Convention and the Medicare Secondary Payer Act. She was named as a Southern California Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for 2012 and is one of the office liaisons for the Lawyers of Color Affinity Group.

Defense of helicopter manufacturer against claims arising from helicopter crash in Russia. Obtained order granting motion to dismiss the entire action based on forum non conveniens, as well as subsequent orders denying motions to reinstate the case after the foreign court rejected jurisdiction.
