Louis Bonacorsi is a trial lawyer who concentrates in the trial and coordination of complex and simple commercial lawsuits and proceedings involving business tort, contract, corporate governance, insurance, intellectual property, real property and telecommunications law. He represents his clients in local and distant federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Prior to joining Bryan Cave, he was a partner at a St. Louis law firm specializing in trial work.

Mr. Bonacorsi has served as the trial lawyer in many commercial lawsuits (e.g., breach of contract, antitrust, fraud, and tort claims) on behalf of Emerson Electric Company, AT&T Corp., Alcatel-Lucent, Monsanto Company, Citigroup, and other large organizations. He recently obtained one of the largest jury verdicts ever returned in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in a commercial lawsuit brought on behalf of a multinational manufacturing concern.
Mr. Bonacorsi acted as trial lawyer and nationwide coordinating counsel for AT&T in contract (jury trial) and multiple product liability lawsuits (jury trials) arising from an OEM contract with a Japanese electronics company. He currently leads the prosecution of claims on behalf of a major national bank against mortgage bankers/loan originators to enforce repurchase obligations for loans sold in the secondary investment market.
