Laurel Durham, a partner in the Denver office, focuses her practice primarily on corporate matters, emerging growth/venture capital transactions, sports and entertainment law and joint ventures. Ms. Durham has represented public and private companies in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital financings, public and private securities offerings and secured transactions. Ms. Durham’s industry experience includes representation of software, clean tech and biotechnology companies, emerging growth companies and sports and entertainment companies.
