Bryan Cave is focused on and committed to developing ways for clients to be proactive in preventing legal problems, rather than just reacting to them once they occur. That focus has led us to develop a Web-based initiative called eCaveSM. eCaveSM revolutionizes the way Bryan Cave delivers legal services and training products to our clients through the Internet.
One of our eCaveSM training products, NoZoneSM, was designed specifically for our Labor and Employment Group clients. NoZoneSM is an online, interactive, customized training program with separate modules designed for supervisors and employees. The program can educate your staff on the identification and management of harassment situations in the workplace. NoZoneSM was created by Bryan Cave employment lawyers, an instructional design professional, an award-winning author and Web site design professionals. It is an engaging tool that provides supervisors with practical and accurate information on harassment, including each client’s policies and procedures. Many clients find it to be a highly effective addition to their existing training curriculum.
