Our labor lawyers have extensive experience in all areas of traditional labor law, including:

  • Practice before the National Labor Relations Board, such as defense of unfair labor practice charges, hearings before administrative law judges and appeals of board decisions.
  • Collective bargaining negotiations, including negotiation sessions and strategy and drafting of contractual language for both new and existing collective bargaining agreements.
  • Arbitrations, including investigation of grievances, preparation of witnesses, presentation of grievances before the arbitrator and drafting of prehearing and post-hearing briefs.
  • Strikes and boycotts, including requests for temporary and permanent injunctions to prevent or limit picketing and boycotts.
  • General advice to clients regarding all labor issues, such as labor contract administration, maintenance of a union-free work environment and development of labor policies and procedures.
