The Group has significant experience in regard to a broad range of employment related issues with a full service remit. Our team also represents clients in contentious proceedings before the courts and in the negotiation and drafting of settlements.

GERMANY


The German Labor and Employment Group advises clients on all aspects of labor and employment law, such as employment litigation, mass redundancies and company restructurings including negotiations with employees’ representative bodies such as works councils and tariff negotiations with labor unions.

The Group can help you to effectively plan, implement and enforce all day-to-day HR matters and other employment related matters.

UK


Bryan Cave’s UK employment practice, based in the firm’s London office, offers the full range of UK employment law services to international and domestic clients across industry sectors.

The UK employment practice also has considerable experience of business immigration, including advising on the new points system, Highly Skilled Migrant applications, sponsorship applications and the new Business Visitor rules.
