Kyle Hirsch practices in the litigation and bankruptcy areas, primarily focusing on defending and asserting creditors’ rights in state and federal court. As a compliment to Mr. Hirsch’s work on behalf of the firm’s clients, he applies his Spanish language fluency to provide pro bono legal assistance to deserving members of the Phoenix community, garnering significant recognition including being named as one of the Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona for 2007 by The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education and the Children’s Law Center Attorney of the Year for 2009 by the Volunteer Lawyer’s Project. Mr. Hirsch is a past chair and present member of the Phoenix office’s charitable group, Cavers Who Care, and is a board member of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
