Kristian Bornemann is a member of Bryan Cave’s Real Estate Capital Markets group. He has more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance. Mr. Bornemann’s practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate and lending, with an emphasis on CMBS origination and loan servicing matters.

Mr. Bornemann most recently worked for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in the Commercial Mortgage Group, where he managed the acquisition of servicing rights to CMBS and CRE CDO portfolios.
