Krishna Walker has a broad range of experience including representing lenders and borrowers through the due diligence, negotiation, and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions. Ms. Walker's real estate experience includes advising clients through the negotiation and documentation of commercial leases, purchase/sale of commercial real property, and bond financing secured by real estate. Ms. Walker has also assisted non-profit organizations with formation, obtaining recognition of tax-exempt status from federal and state taxation authorities, and with real estate and financing transactions. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Walker was an Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at Bank of America where she earned her certified Six Sigma greenbelt.
