Kittipong Jangkamolkulchai advises clients on international trade matters, cross border transactions, as well as supply chain matters, including trade, customs and excise compliance. He has provided assistance to clients operating in the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) with regard to the privileges, rules and regulations of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and the Customs Department, as well as provided guidance for compliance operations. Mr. Jangkamolkulchai also advises trading companies on business transactions and associated tax liability exposures under various tax and duty privilege schemes, e.g., Bonded Warehouse, Board of Investment (BOI), and Customs Free Zone (CFZ). In addition, Mr. Jangkamolkulchai has assisted clients in exploring new business set-up in Thailand.
In the Customs field, Mr. Jangkamolkulchai has assisted clients under Thailand’s Customs Post Audit Program. In particular, he has provided customs audit services to as well as assisted in the application and operation of the CFZ for major car manufacturers.
Mr. Jangkamolkulchai is a former member of the Trade & Customs Group of KPMG Thailand. He led several key projects relating to customs compliance and other trade matters in Thailand.
