Kimberly Mohr is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Client Service Groups. She has extensive experience in unfair competition matters, including trade secret and noncompete disputes, as well as discrimination, retaliation, and sexual harassment claims in federal and state court. She also has experience with a variety of commercial litigation issues, including prosecuting and defending contract and complex tort claims and defending class action lawsuits.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mohr clerked for the Hon. Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. of the Missouri Supreme Court. She received her J.D., Order of the Coif, in 2002 from Washington University and her B.F.A. in 1998 from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
