Kevin Fischer is the co-leader of the firm’s Private Equity Group. He regularly advises private equity funds and public and private company clients in connection with a broad range of corporate transactional matters. Mr. Fischer has significant experience with multinational and domestic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, public and private offerings of securities, general commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. Mr. Fischer has experience across a broad range of industries, including business services, energy, financial services and insurance, manufacturing and industrial products, technology and telecommunications.
Mr. Fischer’s practice also focuses on corporate and regulatory insurance matters, including the design, formation and operation of captive insurance companies and the negotiation of reinsurance treaties.
