Kalee Vargo practices exclusively in the labor and employment law field.
Ms. Vargo represents management in all aspects of labor-management relations, equal employment opportunity and other employment-related issues. She represents a wide range of corporate clients in matters before federal, state and local government agencies and arbitration tribunals; advises clients concerning employment policy design and review; and conducts management training programs. Ms. Vargo has successfully handled employment-related litigation in numerous jurisdictions across the country. She handles both individual lawsuits as well as class action litigation involving discrimination, ERISA, wage complaints, breach of employment contracts and state tort claims.
In the area of general client advice, Ms. Vargo's experience includes employment discrimination issues, drug and alcohol issues and policies, wage and hour compliance, unemployment compensation, severance agreements, labor issues, mergers and acquisitions, restrictive covenants and non-union maintenance programs. She has advised clients from a wide variety of industries, ranging from blue collar to traditional office environments, in both the public and private sectors.
