John Hoffman concentrates his practice in the area of transactional real estate work and finance. His practice focuses on commercial acquisitions and dispositions of shopping centers, office buildings and hotels, real estate development, office, retail and industrial leasing, zoning and land use planning, tax increment financing and subdivision. Mr. Hoffman has represented banks, thrifts, life insurance companies and other institutional investors in connection with construction and permanent loans. He also has represented borrowers in connection with real estate development. In addition, Mr. Hoffman has represented clients in workout matters.
