James Pryde practices commercial law with particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance. Mr. Pryde has significant experience in acquiring, financing and developing energy resources and infrastructure, representing private equity funds in acquisitions in a variety of industries and in representing Agribusinesses in general matters. Mr. Pryde serves as general outside counsel to 2 private equity funds focusing on acquisition and development of energy resources and to one of the newest, most efficient Agribusinesses in the world.
