Joshua James is an associate in the Commercial Litigation group. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a research assistant to Professor Phyllis Goldfarb at The George Washington University Law School. Mr. James was a summer associate at the firm in 2009 and also served as a summer assistant at a Tennessee law firm in 2007. Prior to that, he interned for Bart Gordon, former U.S. Representative for Tennessee's 6th congressional district.
During law school, Mr. James was a Presidential Merit Scholar and a member of the International Law Review and the Moot Court, Mock Trial, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Boards.
