I am most proud of the way the transition was handled when we merged from Robinson Silverman to Bryan Cave, by both administrations and staffs alike.  I had been with Robinson Silverman for 18 years prior to the merge, and I was very apprehensive.  I was delighted to learn how similar both firms were in terms of the types of employees that were hired - smart, hard-working and helpful to one another.  I am proud of the way we all work together - there are no seams left - we are one firm.  Congratulations to us all.
