I feel the fairness with the people who work for Bryan Cave. They are kind people to work with and respectful to employees’ needs. I have learned how to work with people and vendors. They have encouraged me to take a part in the firm. They respect the different groups of people they employ. If something is needed, I try to handle it right away or seek to find the best solution. They provide ideas that help me understand how to form my work. When I had a difficult time, Bryan Cave helped me and ever since I came to work 10 years ago it has been my love.
 
I enjoy working for Bryan Cave because being a part of helping setup conference rooms and new employee offices, ordering lunches, doing check requests, talking to people, and work with others has helped me learn things I felt too old to learn.
