As a participant in the “Coaching the Coaches” program, we have devoted a considerable amount of time discussing the fact that Bryan Cave is built on the development of relationships between the firm and its clients. The nature of that relationship is one that endures between transactions or lawsuits or other matters, and is in place regardless of how much or how little activity is occurring at any one time. The nature of the relationship is such that clients do, in fact, become friends, and friends do, in fact, become clients.
Having had the opportunity of observing other lawyers in other law firms, I am convinced that no firm engages in the development of this type of relationship nearly as well as Bryan Cave does.
