John (Jack) Walbran specializes in government investigations and other government contract-related matters. Mr. Walbran worked from 1977 for the McDonnell Douglas Corporation, then for The Boeing Company when the two merged in 1997. Most recently, he served within Boeing’s law department as vice president and counsel in the litigation group, where he addressed issues ranging from criminal and false claims allegations through a full range of contract and subcontract differences, including, in particular, systems and compliance matters.
