John Polhemus has experience in general commercial litigation as well as construction contracting and dispute resolution. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex matters. Mr. Polhemus has also been involved with procurers and providers of construction and design services in numerous transactions related to a wide variety of disputes. He works closely with his clients to structure their construction transactions by focusing on the clients' goals and desired outcomes. In addition, he has tried both general commercial and construction cases in both formal litigation and arbitration settings.
