John Parks concentrates in commercial real estate, with particular emphasis in acquisition, development, financing and leasing of real estate.
In the area of acquisitions and development, Mr. Parks has worked with industrial, multi-family, retail, hotel, restaurant and health care developers. He has assisted many corporate clients in real estate aspects of merger and acquisition transactions and other corporate related real estate matters.
Mr. Parks represents banks, life insurance companies and other financial institutions in making permanent and construction loans and in loan restructurings and foreclosures.
Mr. Parks' leasing practice includes both landlord and tenant representation for single and multiple occupant buildings, with a particular emphasis in retail leasing.
Mr. Parks has been a frequent speaker and author for bar associations and continuing legal education seminars and publications.
