John Marshall has appeared at numerous professional seminars speaking on litigation, alternative dispute resolution, ethics and related topics. Formerly special counsel to the Ethics Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, Mr. Marshall has appeared in the role of presidential counsel on the public television series "The Advocates."

Mr. Marshall serves on the Supreme Court of Georgia's Board to Determine Fitness of Bar Applicants and the Board of the Georgia Eye Bank, Inc. He is active in a number of professional and community organizations.
