Jeremy Saideman practices general corporate and commercial transactional law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters (including admission to AIM), joint ventures, corporate finance, shareholders agreements and commercial agreements, with particular emphasis on multinational and domestic acquisitions for both large international corporations and mid-sized businesses in a broad range of industries. Mr. Saideman also has experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation, together with experience in defamation law.
