Jennifer Jackson’s areas of concentration include class action defense, commercial litigation and product liability defense. She has represented a wide variety of clients, including mortgage lenders, banks, residential developers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, consumer product manufacturers, retail chains, and insurance companies. Ms. Jackson advises clients on and litigates claims involving federal lending laws and regulations, including RESPA, TILA and HOEPA, as well as state consumer protection and unfair competition claims and common law predatory lending claims. Her product liability work has included defending claims against manufacturers of commercial, military and general aviation aircraft and components, including property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death actions. Ms. Jackson has also represented automobile manufacturers in individual as well as class action product liability claims. Ms. Jackson’s trial experience includes both bench and jury trials involving such issues as non-compete agreements, residential sales contracts, and construction and insurance disputes.
