James Erlinger is the leader of the firm’s Outsourcing Practice and the former Client Service Group leader for the Technology, Entrepreneurial and Commercial Practice Client Service Group. He concentrates his practice in general corporate matters, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, finance and related matters, with a particular emphasis on the representation of closely held businesses and technology-related transactions. Mr. Erlinger has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, information technology, retail consumer products, life sciences, construction, banking and natural resources. He has advised clients on structuring investments and transactions in Asia, the UK, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the EU, South America, Eastern Europe and Canada. Mr. Erlinger is also a certified public accountant and has served as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
