Jesse Randolph focuses his practice primarily on commercial, class action, and labor and employment litigation in both state and federal courts. He has represented numerous publicly-traded companies, as well as other large- and medium-sized companies, in a wide variety of litigation matters. Mr. Randolph's experience includes lending and foreclosure-related lawsuits, general business and contract disputes, claims of unfair business practices, and employment-related litigation. He also works closely with lawyers in the Firm’s transactional practice groups, providing pre-litigation counsel to the Firm’s clients on commercial, class action, and labor and employment issues.
Mr. Randolph, who joined Bryan Cave in February 2007, is a member of the Firm's Recruiting Committee. He regularly provides pro bono legal services to various low-income individuals and organizations throughout Orange County.
