Jennifer Crowder is a member if the Real Estate and Banking Client Service Group. Her practice focuses primarily on transactions and business advice, including contract negotiation, corporate and regulatory compliance, financial services matters and loan documentation. Her transactional experience includes negotiating and drafting asset acquisitions and long-term leasing arrangements and representing clients in developing, negotiating and drafting loan documentation. Her financial services experience includes assisting clients with the pre-launch strategic review and structuring of gift card participation agreements, the drafting of stored value card terms and conditions, the drafting of sales and distribution agreements, as well as the drafting of agreements governing the working relationship between prepaid clients and bank issuers.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Crowder worked for Sprint Nextel Corporation as Counsel.
