Jeff Tucker's practice focuses on securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial transactions. Mr. Tucker regularly counsels SEC-reporting companies with respect to securities law matters, corporate governance issues and New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq compliance, including the review and preparation of periodic reports and proxy materials. Mr. Tucker also assists companies in their commercial contracting arrangements, particularly distributor and supply agreements. His clients have included companies in a broad range of industries, including internet, manufacturing, energy, retail, insurance and health care companies.
