Jed White's practice focuses on the defense of class actions and other complex actions brought against companies in a variety of industries, including banking and financial services, title insurance, mortgage companies, and retail stores. He has expertise in the litigation issues confronting large and small companies, having defended numerous class and complex actions through all stages of the litigation process, as well as experience with arbitration proceedings and franchise litigation.
Mr. White also has extensive product liability experience, including defense of aircraft manufacturers in aircraft incidents and accidents, and defense of aircraft manufacturers against toxic-tort claims.
