Jane Byers practices in the area of commercial real estate transactions. Her experience involves representing both tenants and landlords in the negotiation of commercial office, retail and warehouse leases. Ms. Byers’ experience also includes other real estate practice areas, such as sales and acquisitions and retail development. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Byers served as general counsel with a developer based in St. Louis and counsel with The May Department Stores Company. She also practiced with a law firm in Kansas City, Missouri.
