Jean Angell’s practice focuses on income, estate and gift tax planning, planned charitable giving, business continuation planning, administration of trust and estates, trust dispute resolution and international trusts and tax matters. Ms. Angell currently serves on the Boards of Directors of WNYC Radio, Milton Academy and the Mountain School of Milton Academy and has served in the past on the Boards of Planned Parenthood of New York City, the Brearley School, the Allen-Stevenson School and as a trustee of the Harvard Law School Association of New York City, Inc. Prior to joining the firm in 1994, Ms. Angell maintained her own private practice for four years and before that was a partner at Richards & O’Neil, where she served as head of the Trust & Estates Department as well as managing partner of the firm.
