James Wyrsch practices in the areas of commercial litigation, class actions, labor and employment and white collar defense and investigations. He concentrates his practice on defending class and collective actions in many areas, including wage and hour, mass tort, securities, attorney general actions and health care. Mr. Wyrsch also has extensive experience with a variety of commercial litigation issues, including prosecuting and defending contract and complex tort claims and defending government investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as an assistant public defender with the Missouri State Public Defender's office in St. Louis, Mo. Previously, he held a two-year clinical graduate fellowship at Georgetown University Law Center in the Criminal Justice Clinic. Mr. Wyrsch also served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. William R. Price, Jr. of the Missouri Supreme Court. Mr. Wyrsch holds undergraduate degrees in computer science and Russian.
