James Attonito concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate matters. Mr. Attonito has represented both publicly and privately held companies in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and equity and debt offerings. In addition, Mr. Attonito provides counsel to public companies with respect to SEC disclosure and compliance.
