Jackie Iannicelli has represented management in all areas of employment law, including handling discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour and defamation cases in sixteen (16) different states. Ms. Iannicelli has substantial state and federal trial experience and has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In addition, Ms. Iannicelli routinely advises managers and in-house counsel regarding hiring, firing and discipline decisions, internal harassment investigations, and wage and hour issues.
