International Arbitration

The International Arbitration Team is designed to provide advice and representation in connection with arbitrations and related dispute resolution procedures conducted outside the United States, or in the United States under rules specific to disputes involving parties from different countries. Team members have experience serving as arbitrators or advocates, as well as in counseling parties in transactions with respect to contractual agreements that commit them to non-judicial dispute resolution systems.

The Team is geographically diverse, with members located in Hong Kong, London, across the United States, Germany, Italy and Kuwait. Team members have appeared for or represented parties in matters venued in London, Hong Kong, Beijing, Singapore, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, the United Arab Emirates, Melbourne, Los Angeles and New York.
