Harold Burroughs has worked on a wide range of transactions including representation of issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of various debt and equity securities, representation of lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions, as well as representation of developers and lenders in real estate related matters. In addition, he has handled a significant volume of leasing transactions both for general office purposes and shopping center anchor leases. Mr. Burroughs’ work in the bankruptcy and restructuring area has included representation of clients in a number of bankruptcy and workout matters ranging from representation of lenders in single asset real estate cases to work on behalf of a large multinational debtor in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Burroughs’ background includes four years as a commercial loan officer with a major money center bank.
