Holly Lopez specializes in real estate development and construction, project finance and lender representation. She has experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions; commercial, industrial and retail leasing; and tax free exchanges. She also regularly handles projects involving the acquisition and development of real property for the operation of shopping centers, motion picture theaters, business parks and industrial buildings.
Ms. Lopez’s commercial lending experience includes the structuring, negotiation, documentation and administration of a broad spectrum of loan transactions. She has negotiated and documented term and revolving line of credit loans; syndicated and non-syndicated secured and unsecured loan facilities; and acquisition financings for the construction of master-planned communities, shopping centers, business parks, retail power centers and hotels. She also has experience with REMIC conduit loan packages.
In addition, Ms. Lopez is experienced in corporate transactional matters, including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and joint ventures as development or investment entities, as well as general corporate governance matters.
