Gregory Johnson practices primarily in the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and general business law. He has represented companies in corporate acquisitions, dispositions and mergers, corporate finance, and public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. He regularly advises boards of directors and executive management on corporate governance, disclosure and compensation issues.

Mr. Johnson’s experience also includes general securities law reporting and regulatory compliance matters and commercial contract drafting and negotiation.

Mr. Johnson has served as adjunct professor of law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he taught securities regulation.
