Franklin (Frank) Wallis practices primarily in estate planning, charitable giving, business continuation planning, trust company representation, international trust and tax matters and institutional fiduciary advice. An active participant in community activities, Mr. Wallis currently serves on the boards of directors of Opera Theatre of St. Louis, The Arts and Education Council of St. Louis, KETC Channel Nine and Dance St. Louis. He is a former trustee and vice president of the St. Louis Community Foundation and has served on the boards of the Duke University Estate Planning Council, Laumeier Sculpture Park, the Saint Louis Art Museum and other charitable organizations. Mr. Wallis holds a special certificate from the Hague Academy of International Law.
