Erika Schenk concentrates her practice in the preparation and negotiation of various commercial agreements, including outsourcing arrangements; manufacturing, supply, distributorship and representative arrangements; consulting and other services contracts; employment contracts; confidentiality and decontamination agreements; noncompetition agreements; licensing arrangements and other similar matters. Her practice spans a wide range of industries and clients, foreign and domestic, such as coal companies, information technology providers, technology developers and licensors, commercial aircraft and other manufacturers, and Big 4 accounting firms. Schenk has advised both customers and vendors on large-scale outsourcing arrangements involving training and learning, information technology, business processes, warehousing and asset tagging, help lines and call centers. In addition, Schenk’s practice includes joint ventures, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions for both privately and publicly held companies. She has also taught courses to clients in the areas of international sales, shipping and delivery.
Prior to joining Bryan Cave, she worked as a reporter and producer for KMOU-TV in Columbia, Mo.
