Ebonie Reed focuses her practice on eDiscovery. As a member of the firm's Accelerated Review Team she conducts complex reviews in areas of law such as labor and employment, banking, class and derivative actions, antitrust, and intellectual property. Ms. Reed's practice includes negotiation of confidentiality agreements, management of large scale document reviews, assisting with deposition preparation, and providing guidance throughout the discovery phase.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reed worked at two St. Louis firms that specialize in foreclosures and collection matters. During law school she worked as a Summer Associate at a large law firm, interned with the Missouri Public Defender Office: Trial Practice Division and served as a research assistant in eDiscovery. Ms. Reed also ranked first in the University of Missouri Negotiation Competition.
