Donna M. Rodney focuses her practice on structuring low-income housing tax credit, historic rehabilitation tax credit, new markets tax credit and solar tax credit transactions. Ms. Rodney represents institutional investors, syndicators and developers in transactions benefiting from a single or a combination of these tax credits. In addition to providing services at the initial tax credit investment phase of a transaction, Ms. Rodney also advises tax credit investors and developers in restructuring distressed tax-advantaged investments. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Rodney advised commercial real estate owners and developers on environmental regulatory matters and represented landlords in commercial leasing transactions.
