David Unseth concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and lending and business finance. Mr. Unseth has represented corporate debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors and asset purchasers in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases throughout the United States. In addition, Mr. Unseth represents financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court restructurings and foreclosure actions.
