Daniel O’Keefe concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law and commercial litigation. He has experience litigating employment discrimination claims and providing advice, consultation and planning on traditional labor and human resource matters. His litigation practice focuses on the defense of discrimination, retaliation, and sexual harassment claims in federal court, state court and administrative agencies. Mr. O’Keefe advises many retail, manufacturing and service oriented clients on a wide variety of issues, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, wage and hour laws, prevailing wage laws, disability discrimination, employee leave rights and workers’ compensation, among others.
Mr. O’Keefe also has experience with a variety of commercial litigation issues, including prosecuting and defending contract and complex tort claims and defending class action lawsuits.
