Dennis Alt has experience in transactions, specifically in the area of agricultural law. Most recently he was general counsel with E3 Biofuels, a company specializing in renewable fuel and agriculture. He was formerly vice president of special projects for Farmland Industries after his time as assistant general counsel. Prior to that, he was a shareholder at a law firm in Kansas City and served as general counsel to Cooperative Finance Association before joining Farmland Industries. Mr. Alt has experience in transactions, specifically in the area of agricultural law.
