Dave Armitage represents corporations and other business entities in connection with mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings and general business matters as well as financial institutions, borrowers and trustees in a variety of complex financing transactions. During his thirty-plus years at the firm, he has particularly emphasized the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings, aircraft transactions and finance, leveraged lease finance, asset-based finance, equipment leasing, securitization and secured transactions. Representative clients have included senior and subordinated lenders, institutional trustees, foreign and domestic banks, Fortune 1000 companies and business entities of all sizes and types engaged in the manufacturing, service, and financial services industries.
